There are hundreds of thousands of B2B distributors in Europe. They move food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods and everything in between. Most of them still collect orders by phone. Their reps drive routes, make calls, type orders into ERP systems. It works. But it doesn't scale, it leaks revenue, and it burns out the people doing it.
We built B2Bee because we believed there was a better way. Not a better B2B portal that no one would use. Not a complex workflow tool that IT would spend a year implementing. A system that contacts the customer on WhatsApp, knows what they usually order, sends them a proposal, and puts the confirmed order in the ERP without anyone touching it.

After years of working in outsourcing, ecommerce, and enterprise systems - including projects for global companies and fast-growing startups - we saw the same problem everywhere.
B2B distribution still runs on fragmented communication, manual processes, and reactive decision-making.
In 2020, we started B2Bee full-time with a clear goal: to build a product that automates how distribution actually works. Not another dashboard. Not another tool. A system that operates inside real workflows.
Based on real-world experience, we built a unified data foundation (Hive365) and AI workflows that run on top of it - connecting customers, channels, and operations. The result is a system that doesn't just analyze data. It executes: contacting customers, collecting orders, and improving commercial performance.
