Delivery route management
and proof of delivery.
Plan the route, assign the driver, track the delivery, and capture a signed confirmation, including a partial delivery or a rejected item.
Sellion Delivery Management plans delivery routes, assigns drivers and tracks deliveries through the day, then captures a signed proof of delivery on the driver's device, partial or rejected items included. Delivery status and documentation sync back to your ERP automatically.
What it does
Delivery stops sequenced and assigned per driver and per vehicle.
Routes and loads assigned to the driver on shift.
Status per stop visible as the route progresses.
Confirmation captured on the driver's device at the point of delivery.
Recorded on the spot, per line, with a reason.
Empties and returnable packaging tracked back to the vehicle.
Delivery notes generated from the route, not typed up after the fact.
Delivery status, exceptions and returns sync back automatically.
How it fits
Delivery management picks up the order once it is confirmed, whether it came from the portal, NORA or a field rep, and carries it through to a documented delivery. Courier and label printing sits alongside it for the shipments that go through a carrier instead of your own fleet.
Courier and labels→Who uses it
Follows the route, delivers, and captures confirmation or an exception on the spot.
Plans routes and assigns drivers and vehicles for the day.
Sees delivery status, exceptions and returns without calling the driver.
A rejected item, resolved without a phone call
A driver arrives at a delivery and one case is damaged. Instead of taking the whole delivery back or leaving the damaged case, the driver records a partial delivery: the good stock is confirmed, the damaged case is rejected with a reason and a photo, on the spot.
The customer signs for what they actually received. The rejection reaches your ERP the same day, with the reason attached, rather than surfacing a week later as an unexplained invoice dispute.
