Ordering Guide
Ordering via the Digital Sales Assistant
Short, clear, and stress-free - so your order goes through on the first try.
How it works
The assistant helps you place orders quickly and check information - assortment, availability, and order status. It works best when your messages are short and precise, just like texting your sales rep.
Recommended format
How to order
- 1Send the product and quantity - ideally using the item code / SKU or the exact product name.
- 2If you have multiple items, send them in one message as a list, one product per line.
- 3Not sure about the name? Just ask: "What do you have in CATEGORY NAME?"
Command examples
| Example command | What the assistant does |
|---|---|
| Order 5 pieces of PRODUCT NAME | Adds 5 pieces of that product to the cart. |
| Order 5 pieces, SKU 12345 | Adds 5 pieces of the product with that SKU to the cart. |
| What do you have in CATEGORY NAME? | Returns the list of available products in that category. |
| Change the quantity of PRODUCT NAME to 4 | Updates that product's quantity in the cart (e.g., from 5 to 4). |
Tip: the assistant is fastest when you use item codes / SKU or precise product names.
How we communicate best
- Write clearly and in a normal tone, the same way you'd talk with a sales rep - no need for ALL CAPS.
- Switching topics (e.g., from water to beer)? Just type the new item - the assistant follows the context.
- If something isn't clear, the assistant asks a quick question to confirm, so the order stays accurate.
Limits and rules
- Voice messages can be up to 20 seconds long.
- There is a user-defined daily message limit.
