Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia and the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR, we inform users about the following information, regarding the processing of personal data from B2Bee pages.

1. WHO IS THE DATA MANAGER?

The controller of your data is B2Bee d.o.o., a limited liability company, which was established and operates in accordance with the positive regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

2. LEGAL BASIS OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

B2Bee collects and processes your data based on the conclusion and execution of the Agreement. For other purposes not provided for in the provisions of the Agreement, B2Bee will collect and process data only with your prior written consent.

3. WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?

B2Bee collects a minimum amount of customer information for the purpose of providing quality service.

We collect users' personal data when creating a user account by filling out an online form.

B2Bee processes the following categories of personal data collected to the extent permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Serbia:

• Name and surname of the user
• Address of the company and / or user as a natural person
• Company data (company name, company address, company email address, telephone number, personal identification number)
• Email address of the user.
• Email address and phone number of the company user.
• If visitors and users contact us in some cases we will keep a record of that correspondence.
• We may collect data on user visits to our websites including (without limitation) IP address, browser data, timestamps, location data, blogs and other communication data, and sources that users access. With this data, we make it easier for users to use our systems.

B2Bee does not have access to credit card information as these transactions are performed on secure payment card processor portals.

B2Bee does not intentionally collect information from children under the age of 13 and B2Bee does not direct its website or its services to children under the age of 13. B2Bee is committed to protecting children’s privacy needs and encouraging parents and guardians to play an active role in their children’s activities and interests online.

4. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE USE PERSONAL DATA?

B2Bee uses the collected information primarily for the purpose of processing the requests of users and site visitors, as follows:

• Access user account.
• To provide answers to user requests or questions.
• In order to maintain contact with customers and inform about the development of our business. in this case, users have the opportunity to unsubscribe from the mailing list based on their written request
• Sending promotional and marketing materials, newsletter to contact e-mail, and users are able to unsubscribe from this mailing list based on a written request;
• Management, evaluation and improvement of our business;
• Periodically disclose general information to third parties - for example, the number of site visitors who have completed an online application, but will never include information that could identify individuals, persons who have completed the form.

We may also use the data in other ways for which we provide specific notice on or before the time of collection.

In the case of court orders for the delivery of client data, B2Bee will do everything in its power to transfer this order to the client in order to respond to such a request.

5. WHO HAS ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA?

We do not sell, give away or rent personal information about users.

Only authorized B2Bee employees have access to your personal data.

We may provide your personal information to the following persons:

• State authorities and persons who, due to the nature of the work they perform, must have access to such data.
• Providers of legal advisory services to the Operator.

6. WHAT PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION MEASURES DO WE TAKE?

B2Bee will apply adequate methods to protect the privacy of data collected and entered when using B2Bee SaaS services. B2Bee will do everything in its power to protect the privacy of customer data. B2Bee takes care to protect all information it collects and stores about the users of its services.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect users' personal data from unintentional or unlawful processing by ensuring:

• To the user's personal data be protected from unauthorized access or changes - by accessing personal data folders via password.
• To preserve the confidentiality of personal data of users, through encryption.
• An actual violation or suspicion that a data security violation has occurred shall be reported in accordance with the applicable law to the user immediately, and no later than within 24 hours, as well as to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection within the legally prescribed period.
• All personal data is stored in a database located on a special server whose access and handling requires special authorization:
  • Equipment is located in 3 Data Centers in Belgrade
  • A / B power feed with guaranteed availability of 99.99%, 24 hours + generator
  • Redundant cooling system
  • Redundant fire extinguishing system
  • Physical security / video surveillance 24x7 including anti-terrorist protection
• User passwords are stored in encrypted form in the database, which guarantees the impossibility of misuse of personal data of users and even by employees of the Operator.

Despite all measures to protect your data, there may always be security vulnerabilities that are not under the control of B2Bee. By deciding to entrust B2Bee with personal information, the user understands and agrees with the fact that the security, integrity and privacy of his data cannot be 100% guaranteed.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?

B2Bee backs up data at least once a day and keeps these copies for a maximum of 5 days. These backups are systemic in nature and are intended to maintain the continuity of service and recovery in the event of service problems. By no means can these backups be understood as historical data archiving.

8. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA?

Each user of the platform has the opportunity at any time to request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 - GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic Serbia, which means deleting the email address and password at the database level.

At any time for justified reasons, the Operator may delete the user's personal data by sending a notification to the user in electronic format that his personal data has been deleted from the B2Bee database. Additionally, if the account user has voluntarily left the contact phone number and the name and surname of the contact person, this data will be deleted from the database at the request of the account user.

After the B2Bee SaaS service was terminated, all client data were permanently deleted after 5 days.

9. WHEN CAN DATA BE TRANSFERRED?

B2Bee does not share any customer information with third parties. B2Bee may use the information in order to maintain contact with customers and inform about the development of our business. If at any time in the future we are forced to disclose the collected information to a third party (eg government agencies), the user will be notified and agreed.

We may transfer personal information to jurisdictions that do not include the user's place of residence, but we do so solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. When we transfer personal data to other jurisdictions, we do so in accordance with the requirements of applicable law.

10. RIGHTS OF PERSONS DATA RELATED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?

The user may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data previously provided to us. You can also object to our use of personal data, or when we process personal data on the basis of consent, to withdraw your consent. In addition, it may request to receive an electronic copy of its personal data for the purpose of transfer to another company (data portability).

In each of these cases, users can send an email to [email protected] if they want to exercise any of their rights or if they have additional privacy questions, which may relate to:

• Access - users have the right to request access to their personal data that we store and to find out details about what data we collect and for what purpose we use.
• Correction - we take appropriate measures to ensure that the information we store about users is accurate and complete, but users may request that it be updated or changed.
• Delete - in some cases, users have the right to request that personal data be deleted, such as when there is no longer an original need to keep personal data we have collected or when you withdraw your consent. However, this must be reconciled with other factors. For example, we may not be able to fulfill your request due to certain legal or regulatory obligations.
• Restriction of processing - in some cases, users have the right to request that the use of personal data be temporarily suspended, for example, when they feel that the personal data we hold is incorrect or when they think it is no longer necessary to keep it.
• Data portability - in some cases, users have the right to request that we transfer the personal data provided to us. The data can be provided to the users themselves or to a third party upon request of the user.
• Complaint - users have the right to object to the processing we perform based on our legal interest. Unless there is an explicit legal basis for data processing, we will stop processing personal data based on a complaint lodged by the user. However, we ask users to keep in mind that we may not be able to provide certain services or benefits if we are unable to process the necessary personal data for these purposes
• Withdrawal of consent - it may happen that in certain cases we ask the user for consent to process personal data. In that case, users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

We will respond to the user's request in accordance with applicable law.

11. RESPONSIBILITY

The user is fully responsible for the veracity of the information and his personal data, which he has made available to B2Bee. B2Bee does not bear any responsibility in case of data loss. B2Bee backs up data backups to maintain continuity and quality of service.

12. COOKIES

B2Bee may use "cookies" to enhance the user experience while using B2Bee software (systems). Cookies are small pieces of data that your browser stores locally and that remembers information and helps you identify yourself on websites during later visits. Cookies are uniquely assigned to a computer and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie. In general, cookies help users by performing certain functions such as remembering passwords and personal preferences regarding sites.

You may be given the option to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can change your browser settings to decline cookies. Alternatively, you can change your browser settings to notify you each time a cookie is offered and allow you to individually accept or decline cookies. However, if you refuse to accept the cookie, it may interfere with your work and negatively affect your use of the software.

13.  ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS

Users can contact the Data Processor regarding the processing of personal data by sending an email to [email protected].

Another possibility that users have is to file a complaint to the competent authority (the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection) on the processing of personal data on their personal data.

The operator has the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. In case of changes, we will inform you in advance. Any change becomes valid after its publication on the site b2bee.net. The user undertakes to read this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to be aware of its possible changes. If the user continues to use the B2Bee site and services after any new version of the Privacy Policy, it is understood that he has accepted it as valid.
